Extracurricular learning in the jungle
With our 5.000 m² tropical garden and numerous exotic animals, we at the Potsdam Biosphere offer the ideal setting for an extracurricular learning environment. Action- and skill-oriented learning, using all the senses and a rich variety of methods, form the basis of our curriculum-based programs.
School Programs
Guided tours in English are available upon request.
Currently our school programs and teaching material (work sheets) are available in German only.
You are welcome to bring your own translator. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Prices
We offer school classes or daycare groups discounted prices for day passes:
- 6,00 € (per student)
For groups of up to 10 students, one supervisor is free. The cost of a free supervisor increases for every 10 additional students.
The Tropical Garden can also be explored individually.
Only the stated daily admission fee is payable. A locker for coats and bags is available for your visit.
