At the Potsdam Biosphere, summer awaits you year-round in 5,000 m² of rainforest. Let the exotic chirping of birds and the soothing sound of a waterfall transport you to another world. Meter-high trees with their magnificent canopies tower everywhere.
On winding paths, you'll discover more than 20,000 tropical plants – from colorful bromeliads to giant banana plants and mysterious cacao trees. There's also plenty of wildlife here! 140 different animal species call this place home. Common marmosets skillfully maneuver in the trees, whistling geese and turtles splash in the water, while colorful chameleons masterfully camouflage themselves and a huge ant colony works tirelessly.
And that's not all: In the Aquasphere, our fascinating underwater world, you can immerse yourself in a colorful oasis. Marvel at the numerous sea creatures and the dazzling splendor of colorful corals! A visit that touches all the senses.
